Warranty

Manufacturer warrants the Onspot Tire Chain System to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for the period of one year from date of original installation. This warranty is valid only under the following conditions.

The Onspot system must be installed and used in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.

This warranty does not cover failures caused by negligence, accident, or by normal wear. The manufacturer's service and maintenance schedules must be followed. This warranty does not cover labor costs.

Any part deemed to be defective by purchaser must be sent to Onspot of North America, 1075 Rodgers Park Drive, P.O. Box 1077, North Vernon, IN 47265 with freight prepaid. If Onspot finds on inspection that the part is defective and comes within this warranty, manufacturer reserves the right to replace or repair the defective part, without cost, return freight prepaid.

This WARRANTY REGISTRATION form must be filled out completely and submitted by the dealer or purchaser to Onspot within ten (10) days from the date of original installation in order to validate this warranty. Please address any questions to: 1-800-766-7768.
