Onspot Automatic Tire Chains is pleased to announce the availability of its Onspot Automatic Tire Chain System as a factory installed option from Gillig Bus, LLC headquartered in Hayward, California. Some of the first Onspot equipped Gillig low floor transit buses went to RTC in Reno Nevada.

Onspot also offers a retrofit kit for buses already in service.

Onspot Automatic Tire Chains allow the operator to engage and disengage tire chains via a dashboard switch without stopping to enhance traction and braking in forward or reverse on snow and ice.
